Happy New Year everyone and welcome back!
In today’s video Catherine will tell you about:

Group Coaching
Attendees can volunteer to be coached for 20-30 mins on a topic of their choice, while everyone else listens and considers how this relates back to their lives and circumstances.
If there’s time, these sessions may be concluded with an opportunity for people to ask questions or share the insights they’ve gained for themselves while listening.
Group Collaborative
In these sessions, you’ll be invited to raise questions or talk through something that’s been on your mind. It’s an opportunity to share, provide and receive peer support, and learn from one another’s experiences, in a facilitated group discussion.
