In this session, you’ll be invited to explore this week’s topic in a group discussion. It’s recommended you watch the topic video beforehand and have a copy of the reflective worksheet with you for your reference.

It’s an opportunity to share, provide and receive peer support, and learn from one another’s experiences.

There will be two group sessions this week and they’ll essentially be the same. You can attend one, both, or neither - it's totally up to you.
