Hi, I'm Geoff.

One way to describe me might be “the guy who struggled to find his way at first”.

Like many who live with ADHD, I have lived many lives. I had years of School Can't. I battled through multiple attempts at uni. I had a few difficult workplace experiences, and countless jobs. I might have taken a few risks and got myself in a bind once or twice. Then I stumbled into an ADHD diagnosis in my 30s, and started the process of figuring myself out.

I've finally been able to make sense of my asynchronous developmental experiences, and I've learned so much on my journey that now I have a deep desire to use what I've learned to help others find their way out of the ADHD woods.

If you have been misdiagnosed, misunderstood, or burdened by unmet expectations, it can feel like the game of life is rigged against you.

I'd love to help you see that there is value in whatever cards you're holding, and help you figure out how you can play them differently, so you too can start to feel like a winner.

I offer a safe space to move beyond what 'should' work for you, to let go of what doesn't, and explore what might. By seeing ourselves more clearly, and embracing who we are, with all our beautiful quirks, we can start to take charge of our lives.

I bring my love of learning and broad life experience together in my coaching. At times, I can even be quite funny.*

    This is a short phone call or Zoom meeting of up to 15 minutes.

    COMPLIMENTARY

  • This is a 60-minute appointment for Life Coaching and/or ADHD Consulting held via Zoom.

    $218.90 (incl GST)

  • An extended 90-minute appointment for those who need more time to ‘talk it out’, held via Zoom.

    $328.90 (incl GST)
