I specialise in working with late diagnosed professionals and high achievers who are ready to start seeing themselves differently.

Are you tired of being focused on what’s not working?

Great!  Let’s start talking about what you’ve done right, what your strengths are, and how you can make the most of your abilities.

It’s easy for smart and capable people to feel like imposters, or even failures, when we aren’t given the opportunity to figure out what works for us

As young people trying to find our way in the world, we are too often told,

This is how you should do it.  If it’s not working for you, try harder.”

I disagree.

If something is not working for you, don’t try harder. Try knowing yourself better.

Accept that you’re different and give yourself permission to learn what works for you.  Acknowledge how amazing you are and give yourself credit for what you’ve achieved already.

What do those achievements tell you about yourself, and what contributes to your success?

I bring a vast knowledge of what’s different about the neurodivergent brains that I’d love to share with others.

If what I’ve said here resonates with you, let’s talk about how I might be able to support you to make sense of your experiences and challenges, so you can navigate your way toward greater self-awareness, self-mastery, and self-actualisation.
