What We Offer

At ADHD Partners we offer both ADHD informed Life Coaching and Consulting Services.

Consulting Services

ADHD consulting typically involves the provision of expert advice and information on specific ADHD-related issues.

As Consultants, we may offer education about ADHD and information in response to specific questions or simple problems.

This can usually be achieved within 1-4 appointments.

Coaching Services

ADHD coaching, on the other hand, is a longer-term, collaborative partnership which is often focused on personal growth and skill development.

Our 'Coaching' approach may include elements of education or 'consulting', if part of what you're seeking is reliable information.

Your coaching journey is unique

We do not offer 'out of the box', one-size-fits-all solutions.

We take time to get to know you and your unique experience of being neurodivergent.

Our ultimate goal is to help you understand yourself better.

We ask questions designed to develop greater self-awareness and insight into what is making something difficult for you, knowing that when we truly understand what is at the heart of a problem, you are more likely to be able to find your own solutions to a problem.

We never tell you what you should do

We adjust our approach to meet you at your point of need

We incorporate elements of both transactional and transformational coaching.

We find many of our clients benefit most when we take a transformational approach. Some clients arrive already knowing 'what' they should do; they just don't know why they can't do what they already know how to do, or have possibly even managed to do in the past. A transformational approach helps us to figure that out.

We are not the expert on you or your life - you are.

We cannot, and do not, make decisions about your life.

Coaching is a problem solving ‘partnership’ that encourages you to take the lead in your own life.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of country throughout Australia and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture.

We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
