Monthly Membership Program

The group coaching and education program will be made available via a monthly membership subscription which will grant you access to multiple live group sessions each month, and any materials or resources that are associated with them.

Membership Eligibility

In order to be eligible to join you must meet the following criteria:

  • you have received a formal diagnosis of ADHD

  • you are qualified to register as a medical practitioner in Australia (e.g. completed MBBS or MD qualification)

If you don't meet these requirements please let us know as we would love to support you through our 1:1 coaching services.

Membership Application Process

  1. Complete and submit the Application Form below, then;

  2. You will then be redirected to the program’s Terms and Conditions webpage. If you accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions, click on the “Next” button at the bottom of the page; then

  3. You will be redirected to the membership subscription page (powered by Pinch Payments) where you will be asked to enter your payment details and authorise payment of the monthly subscription. This will complete your application.

Your membership will become active at the start of the next calendar month. We will email you further information on the upcoming sessions and how to join them via Zoom.

Membership Inclusions

Each week we will release a short 'strategy' video on a topic related to the pressures of life as a high-performing professional and human being with ADHD. We recommend that you set aside about 30-45 minutes each week to watch the video and work through the accompanying reflective exercise before attending one of the optional group sessions.

There will be one or two group discussion sessions a week held via Zoom. The group discussions are an opportunity to discuss the week's strategy topic, ask questions and support each other.  You can attend one, both, or neither group sessions - it's totally up to you.  

The details of the dates and times will be confirmed and posted at the start of each month in the program schedule. The days and times may vary from month to month based on the number of members in the group, public holidays, and coach/facilitator availability.

Membership Fee

The monthly membership fee will be $320 per calendar month (ex GST). Each month your membership will automatically continue until you advise us that you would like to cancel your membership.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cease your participation in the program at any time. To terminate your membership, please let us know in writing at least five days before the end of the calendar month, that you do not wish to renew your membership for the following month.

Program variations

Occasionally there will be minor adjustments to the usual schedule, due to considerations such as public holidays or unexpected circumstances beyond our control. 

We reserve the right to vary the program slightly from month to month and to offer additional types of sessions which might vary from those indicated above.  For example:

  • a session may be delivered by a different ADHD coach

  • a session may consist of a Q&A, panel discussion, guest speaker, or other formats

Any substantial changes to the program structure or the way that it is delivered will be announced at least one week in advance of the next month, in writing, so you will have the option to cancel your membership subscription before any substantial changes to the program are implemented.
